WHO I AM
Lina Yarbro, MSW 2nd Year Intern
I’m an equine specialist and therapist in training at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work. This is my second year seeing clients at Rewild Therapy and Wellness. Being with horses on the open land brings healing and vitality to mind, body, heart, soul, and spirit.
I partner with horses (my horse, Luna, is pictured here) and the natural world to help clients restore wellbeing, build relational skills, increase confidence, and regulate their nervous system. I also work in the Littleton office on Fridays where we can meet inside or do walk-and-talk sessions outdoors.

EquiLateral: The Equine-Assisted EMDR Protocol™ to support equine assisted EMDR as an Equine Specialist working alongside a licensed EMDR clinician.
The Conscious Dying Institute: I am honored to accompany those nearing end of life on their sacred journeys.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my horse Luna and hiking with my dog Bentley. I love adventures, friendship, poetry, music, and archetypal astrology.

I work with clients of all ages who are struggling with relational, societal, and developmental challenges.
Through resourcing and Gestalt relational work, we work towards post-traumatic growth, restoring vital
connections with self and others, finding new meaning, and making more empowered choices. I am
passionate about helping individuals who have been marginalized by cultural, racial, and socioeconomic
barriers and do not have the opportunity to spend healing time with horses. I am also an advocate and
resource for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Lina’s fee is $75/ 55 min session in office and $100/55 min for equine
